Founder
Bianca is the founder and nurse injector at The Dream Bar. She is certified in dermal fillers and neurotoxins. Over the years, she has held many different roles such as ICU nurse, IV nurse, and school nurse. Even though she has worn many hats, the passion for aesthetics keeps her ambitious, determined and motivated. She has shadowed many different experts, learned several different techniques, and finds it necessary to continue expanding her knowledge of this industry.
Bianca is a mother of 3 beautiful daughters which did not stop her from pursuing her goal. She received her ADN, then shortly after received BSN but it was still not enough. Throughout her nursing experience she decided that aesthetics was the medical branch in which she wants to have expertise in. After she became certified, she began her journey as a nurse injector. Bianca is now considering getting her MSN/FNP to extend services in her practice and show her children that anything is possible when you put your mind to it.

Medical DirectorDr. Laura Purdy is the Medical Director at The Dream Bar. She is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician and an expert in the aesthetic field, owning and operating many successful medical aesthetics clinics. Dr. Purdy is at the forefront of digital medicine, becoming a digital health expert through telehealth medicine experiences in both leadership and medical practitioner roles. She served as a physician in the US Army for 14 years, providing and directing primary care for hundreds of thousands of patients of all ages from all walks of life.
Dr. Purdy has been featured in Vogue on NPR, ABC and NBC news, etc. as the nation’s leading authority and thought leader on the future of digital healthcare. She and her husband have been married since 2012 and have four kids, all under the age of 10. Dr. Purdy balances a fulfilling and busy life as a mom, wife and entrepreneur. Her extensive experience in aesthetic medicine, primary care and telehealth medicine is invaluable and we are honored to have her clinical insights and expertise as Medical Director of The Dream Bar.
